How the Show Works
Semifinalists will be given singer-songwriter challenges, will interact with fans and other artists, and advance as determined by fan votes. Finalists will be interviewed and offered feedback and advice on their original songs by host Matt Giraud, will interact with fans and other artists, and will advance as determined by fan votes.
