YOBI.tv will randomly select one winner from all registered members at 12:00am EST on February 1, 2010.

YOBI.tv will at that time contact the winner via the email address provided upon registration and will provide the winner with prize details.

The winner will have 48 hours (or until 11:59pm EST on February 3, 2010) to respond to the email and claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the allotted time frame or is otherwise unable to claim the prize, a new winner will be chosen by random selection on February 4, 2010. This same process will continue until a valid winner can be announced.

The winner will be responsible for providing YOBI.tv with their legal identification and full contact information. If the winner is a minor, the winner's parent or legal guardian must provide YOBI.tv with legal identification and full contact information.

YOBI.tv allows one membership account per person. Individuals found to have created more than one YOBI.tv membership account will be disqualified from prize drawings.

YOBI.tv is not responsible for transportation or any other expenses related to the prize. Void where prohibited by law.
